The Cumulus Usage Statistics and Reporting module provides you with unprecedented insight into actions performed within your asset catalog. The Reporting module enables you to generate automated graphic and textual reports based on Cumulus 8 statistics.

Track your Assets

Cumulus can track most user actions for every asset, including previewing, check outs, downloads, conversions, and more. Save money on unnecessary license fees by determining which assets are never utilized. Find out which sales tools your team access the most, or which file format is most useful to your customers.

Track your Users

The Usage Statistics and Reporting module can even give you system-wide information on your organization’s use of Cumulus. Learn how many user licenses are utilized during different time periods, or evaluate total search volume. Identify areas of high or low use within your organization, you can better plan for future hardware expenses or identify departments that may need more training.
