Canto supports your Cumulus investment with full access to downloads, upgrades, and additional resources through our Customer Portal. Purchase of a Cumulus system includes free Customer Portal access for a year, providing you with expert support advice and resources.
This maintenance subscription can be renewed after the first year to help you constantly improve your Cumulus file management system and provide fully optimized solutions to all of your DAM needs. Among the features available in the Customer Portal, you'll find:
- Software Updates—Gain immediate access to the latest software updates available specific to your installation. The Customer Portal provides direct access to only the software updates that matter to you. You're never faced with a massive list of software updates to sift through.
- User Forums—Participate in Canto's user-to-user forums to share ideas and find answers to your questions. The forums are protected behind the Customer Portal login, so you'll know that you're sharing ideas with actual Canto software customers, not spammers.
- Technical Support Requests—Submit trackable technical support requests without having to re-enter your system information every time. The Customer Portal keeps track of your installation so that you can focus on your problem in a report, not your system details.
