Web Services
Rounding out the Cumulus Core APIs,
Web Services enable developers to communicate with Cumulus
Server using any programming language they prefer (so long
as it also supports Web Services). Canto makes a WSDL file
available that developers can "ping" from their
development environments to generate the Class Libraries they'll
need to communicate with Cumulus.
First supported with the release of
Cumulus 7, Web Services form the foundation of several
new product developments Canto is creating with partners.
