Personalized support assistance is important when setting up a mission-critical system like Cumulus. We want to make sure Cumulus works exactly the way you need it to work. And, while all new Cumulus purchases come with a year's worth of software assistance and maintenance at no additional charge, we must limit this offer to only those organizations for whom we feel Cumulus is a perfect fit. Selected organizations will receive email-based installation and setup assistance to an extent deemed suitable by Canto. Onsite assistance is available, at the applicant organization's expense. This offer in no way constitutes an obligation on the part of any division of Canto, or Canto's partners. This offer may be withdrawn by Canto at any time without notice.
