Position: Customer Onboarding Specialist

Great onboarding is critical to helping our customers realize their goals and establishing lasting customer relationships. As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Canto, you’ll partner with our customers to drive product adoption and utilization.

  • Review and understand the client’s goals and criteria for measuring success in both implementation and adoption of Canto’s services
  • Partner with the customer to confirm and execute on an implementation plan
  • Provide onboarding and training support to all new customers aligned with the implementation plan
  • Work closely with the account manager to ensure a high-quality onboarding experience
  • Partner with Canto technical support as needed on the client’s behalf
  • Meet and exceed all onboarding objectives and goals


  • 1 year of previous customer service experience, preferably SaaS
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies
  • Clear, concise and effective communicator capable of teaching others
  • Strong organization skills for managing concurrent, multi-process onboarding projects
