Customer Relationship Manager (m/f/d)

Canto is a leading provider of digital asset management (DAM) software and services worldwide. We’re looking for a Customer Relationship Manager for our Berlin office.

Your Job

  • Drive customer content like case studies, interview articles and videos
  • Create newsletters and email content
  • Ideate and implement webinars
  • Run customer review campaigns
  • Coordinate sales enablement material
  • Manage events in the UK

Your Profile

  • 2 years digital marketing, CRM or communications experience
  • English native speaker
  • Experience with MailChimp or other CRM tools
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • Affinity for innovative tech and new media trends
  • Able to travel to the UK regularly
