Share

Share your assets with internal teammates and outside collaborators alike. Assets can be shared directly from Canto, either by email, expiring links, through social media sites like Facebook and Twitter, or to file storage services like Box, Dropbox and Google Drive.

Portals

Portals are Canto’s way of making digital asset management work for your organization. These smaller, separate libraries are configured to share content to users with limited privileges. You can adjust the available features of Portals, make them public or private, and customize them with unique colors and branding.

Share with Links

Create a simple link to share content with remote colleagues. Canto also includes Upload Links, which allows outsiders to upload a small collection of files to an isolated album, which can then be transferred to Canto’s main library.

Expiring Links

Sharing content that’s time-sensitive? Files shared through Canto via email or links can include an expiration date. After the expiration date, the shared content will no longer be available to download.

Advanced Download Options

Forego the need for Photoshop with Advanced Download Options. Once a file is shared with another, they’ll have the ability to crop, zoom and adjust the image quality before download.
