Canto’s Cumulus Enterprise DAM Software Earns Top Spot on Capterra’s DAM Top 20 List

This marks the second time that Canto has earned the top spot in Capterra’s DAM research findings this year.
Published in November 2015, the latest round of research is summarized in Capterra’s online infographic titled, “The Top 20 Most Popular DAM Software Solutions.” Using its proprietary Popularity Index, Capterra determined the DAM software provider rankings through a weighted score based on the number of current customers, the number of active users and the social media reach of each solution. Capterra also takes into account customer reviews posted on Capterra.com.
One of those reviews, posted by Susan Chapman, Creative Services Traffic Manager at Leggett & Platt, Inc., underscores the time savings and return on investment that Cumulus delivers. “We recently moved to a new server and it became a searchable nightmare to find our jobs in archive. The solution was to catalog them through Cumulus. This allowed us to search quickly and also to allow the designers to pull the assets to their system as needed. The time we use now is a fraction of the time used previously and when you translate that to wage resources it has and will continue to pay for itself,” Chapman said.
